Have you ever admired one of those beautiful Easter eggs in one of the local art shops? Egg painting is a local art, mostly carried out in the villages. The art is often transmitted from grandmother to mother to daughter. And even though you and your grandmother are most likely not from a local Hungarian village, you can learn how to paint those beautiful eggs. At the end of the workshop, you will have painted two eggs, an Easter wood shape and a postcard.
Our trainer is Embroideress and Folk Artist Zsuzsanna. She is renowned both nationally and internationally – previously, she exhibited in Beijing, China and Milan, Italy (both not this year). All material is included in the workshop.
Please note that the event on March 16 had to be cancelled.
